Skills: COBOL Programmer, Micro Focus COBOL, Unisys COBOL, Oracle 10g, RDMS, PL SQL, Windows 2000 XP, client server development

Mandatory Requirements:

(Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements as contained in the mini-RFP will not be considered for further evaluation)
1. An Associates Degree (or higher)
2. Two years application development experience doing N-tiered client server development
3. Two years experience performing development work using Micro Focus COBOL
4. Two Years experience performing development work using Unisys COBOL
5. Two Years experience performing development work using RDMS
6. Two Years experience performing development work in Windows 2000 XP or latest version of Microsoft Operating Systems
7. Two Years experience performing development work in Oracle 10g or Oracle 11i

Desirable Experience
1. Four or more years experience performing development work in Oracle 10g or Oracle 11i against a very large database (over a billion rows)
2. Four or more years experience performing development work using Micro Focus Net Express and Micro Focus COBOL against a very large database (over a billion rows)
3. Four or more years experience performing development work using Oracle PL SQL, SQL against a very large database (over a billion rows)
4. Four or more years experience in developing and maintaining middleware Tuxedo programs against a very large database (over a billion rows)
5. Five or more years experience performing development work using PVCS across multiple environments.
6. Five or more years experience performing development work using PERL to create batch executable scripts and to manipulate files under the control of Maestro scheduling.
7. Five or more years experience in development work on a durational database system which maintains historical data, both demographic and financial, on approximately six
million individuals.
8. Five or more years experience in maintaining subsidiary datasets in compliance with federally mandated reporting standards.
