Experience automating API testing and extensive knowledge of creating and leveraging mocks, stubs, and virtual services to fulfill test automation requirements

Experience with continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) supporting technologies:

GIT, GitLab, Docker

Experience with testing frameworks/libraries like MS Playwright, Cypress, Jest or other cross-browser automation libraries

Experience with JSforce or other Salesforce API libraries

Experience in SOQL or SQL language, able to write SQL/SOQL complex queries

Contact center services applications

Salesforce Lightning CRM for customer interaction management, case management, workflow management, and 3rd party application integrations.

Financial services technology/consumer banking testing experience

White Box Testing practices.

Software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build and release processes, continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts (CI andamp; CD), and test suite development and maintenance.

Automated Test-Driven Development (ATDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

Must be able to provide hands-on training for existing testers in writing and using automation scripts and ensuring best practices are followed.

Experience in troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
