Job Title:   DevOps Engineer I

Location: Detroit Michigan or Charlotte North Carolina

NOTE: Onsite in Detroit or Charlotte - Hybrid model - onsite 3 days a week. **Developer I. ** I would classify this as an early talent individual with one or two years of experience. ** Terraform; **Scripting Bash andamp; Python; **Cloud /AWS ECS, Lambda. **Must have good communication skills both verbal and written, collaborative team player. Provide location and interview availability - no more than 2 interviews. **On-screen Video conference interview.

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Git, Terraform, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have experience in automating and optimizing deployments in the cloud, with a preference for those who also have experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring APM tools.

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.

Manage and optimize AWS environments to ensure high availability and performance.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Dynatrace (preferred) or other monitoring tools.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed in all deployments.

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.

Strong proficiency with Git for version control.

Solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.

In-depth knowledge of AWS services and best practices.

Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good understanding of networking, security, and performance optimization.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and performance management.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
