Job Title: Security Analyst VLocation: 601 S. Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202NOTE: Onsite in Charlotte or Detroit - Hybrid model - onsite 3 days a week. **Principal Cyber Security Analyst - ** Chief of Staff role; ** Fluent in Agile; **Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships; ** Critical thinking. **Attention to detail/detail oriented/organized. **Experience working with senior level leaders executive presence; Must have excellent communication skills - written and verbal; team player - work well with others collaborative, able to challenge respectfully. **Provide location and interview availability. **3-4 interviews - at least 1 will be onsite.Job Description:Principal Cyber Security Analyst:The Principal Cyber Security Analyst reports directly to the Senior Director of Technology Data Security. This strategic and high-impact role ensures leadership initiatives are executed precisely, organizational processes run smoothly, and priorities across the cybersecurity program remain aligned. The individual will drive operational excellence, lead cross-functional coordination, and serve as the connective tissue between cybersecurity leadership and the broader enterprise.Core Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership EnablementPartner with the Senior Director to translate vision into action plans and operationalize strategic priorities.Manage executive meeting preparation, including agendas, data briefings, and follow-up tracking.Create leadership-facing reports and presentations that influence enterprise decisions.Program Coordination and OversightMonitor progress of cybersecurity initiatives, remove roadblocks, and ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate project execution across data protection, insider threat, DLP, and encryption governance efforts.Facilitate interdepartmental meetings and ensure decision points are acted upon and tracked.Data-Driven Decision SupportDevelop reporting dashboards to assess progress toward OKRs (objectives and key results).Synthesize insights from cybersecurity metrics, risk indicators, and operational KPIs.Surface risks and opportunities using structured analysis to support executive decision-making.Operational ExecutionMaintain leadership calendars, oversee scheduling logistics, and coordinate strategic events.Manage content and documentation across internal systems like SharePoint and project trackers.Draft and distribute internal communications that support cybersecurity awareness and transparency.Stakeholder EngagementAct as the liaison between cybersecurity leadership and other corporate functions (e.g., Legal, HR, Technology).Build collaborative relationships across business lines and manage key touchpoints with external partners.Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues through stakeholder coordination and documentation.Marginal ResponsibilitiesVendor and External Partner CollaborationSupport due diligence, coordination, and communications with third-party vendors or consultants.Knowledge Management and DocumentationMaintain structured, version-controlled documentation for strategic initiatives and recurring processes.Assist in updating SOPs and playbooks in line with evolving cybersecurity goals.Minimum Qualifications:At least 7 years of experience supporting executives in strategic, project leadership, or cybersecurity operations.Demonstrated success managing executive priorities, organizing cross-functional efforts, and reporting on complex initiatives.Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and collaboration tools.Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or financial services.Exposure to data protection programs such as DLP, insider threat, or encryption governance.Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, or other project management platforms.Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt).A masters degree or an MBA is a plus.Core Competencies:Strategic Thinking and PrioritizationStakeholder and Executive EngagementOperational Planning and Follow-throughPerformance Reporting and AnalyticsAgile Communication and AdaptabilityEthical Judgment and ConfidentialityThanks andamp; Regards,Siva Krishna DUS IT Lead RecruiterLucid Technologies IncE: siva.dlucidtechinc.com
