We have an immediate project opportunity in the Vancouver, WA (Remote/WFH) area for a Test Lead - Ruby on Rails.

The ideal candidate must possess experience and ability to devise Test Strategy, write & review test plans, traceability matrix and ensure the usage of tools for optimization. 

Experience in using GIT for source code version control and of best practice branching strategies is a must have. Must be proficient in bug tracking and test management toolsets (JIRA, GIT, Jenkins, Test Rails). Must have good coding and hands-on test automation experience in Ruby-on-Rails, Selenium, Cucumber. Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development)/TDD (Test Driven Development) process is also required. Experience with test automation reporting tools e.g., Cucumber Reports is good to have.
