Position: ETL Team Lead

Location: Dallas TX

Duration: 6+Months.

Mode of Hire: Contract

 Total experience 9+ years required

Mandatory Skills:

Technical Experience

• • Hands-on experience in implementation of ETL solutions
• • Must possess complete hands-on experience in anyone RDBMS such as AWS Redshift / SQL Server / Oracle
• • Strong knowledge on SQL and procedural languages such as T-SQL, PL/SQL etc.
• • Hands-on experience on anyone of the ETL tools such as AWS Glue, Informatica, IBM DataStage, SSIS, Talend etc.
• • Hand-on experience with Apache Nifi
• • Hands-on experience in Query Tuning, Performance Tuning for large scale ETL solutions
• • Must have experience in Data Discovery and Data Mining
• • Must have good understanding of relational dimension and modelling
• • Exposure to designing / modeling tool such as ERWin/ERStudio, VISIO, Power Designer

Onshore Lead Soft Skills

• • Must have very good oral and written communication skills
• • Must have experience in presenting technical topics to large audiences
• • Play the role of a liaison between offshore delivery team and Client stakeholders
• • Interact with Client SME and IT stakeholders to gather system knowledge and understand processes
• • Ensure that business and technical needs are clearly understood, and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business

• • Oversee planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met
• • Guide onsite and offshore team member on day to day deliverables
• • Support and coordinate with Client team on activities of the software development life cycle
• • Escalate issues, risks, and decisions to all stakeholders as necessary and develop mitigating actions
• • Effectively communicate with cross functional teams to expedite resolutions of issues

Working knowledge on Trifacta

Fair knowledge on DW Design skills

Fair knowledge on scripting languages such as Shell Scripts, PowerShell, Perl etc.
