Position: Oracle PL SQL Lead

Experience Required : 8 - 10 Years

Detailed JD

•                    Pre requisites : Must have worked on ETL Technologies for at least 5 years

Technical Experience

•                    Hands-on experience in implementation of ETL solutions

•                    Must possess complete hands-on experience in Oracle 12c

•                    Strong knowledge on SQL and procedural languages such as T-SQL, PL/SQL etc.

•                    Hands-on experience on Talend ETL tool

•                    Experience in working with Mongo DB

•                    Hands-on experience in Query Tuning, Performance Tuning for large scale ETL solutions

•                    Must have experience in Data Discovery and Data Mining

•                    Must have good understanding of relational dimension and modelling

•                    Exposure to designing / modeling tool such as ERWin/ERStudio, VISIO, Power Designer

Onshore Lead Soft Skills

•                    Must have very good oral and written communication skills

•                    Must have experience in presenting technical topics to large audiences

•                    Play the role of a liaison between offshore delivery team and Client stakeholders

•                    Interact with Client SME and IT stakeholders to gather system knowledge and understand processes

•                    Ensure that business and technical needs are clearly understood, and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business

•                    Oversee planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met

•                    Guide onsite and offshore team member on day to day deliverables

•                    Support and coordinate with Client team on activities of the software development life cycle

•                    Escalate issues, risks, and decisions to all stakeholders as necessary and develop mitigating actions

•                    Effectively communicate with cross functional teams to expedite resolutions of issues

Preferred Technical Skills

·                     Working knowledge on Trifacta and Apache Nifi

·                     Fair knowledge on DW Design skills

·                     Fair knowledge on scripting languages such as Shell Scripts, PowerShell, Perl etc.
