Design and implement real-time and batch integrations between PeopleSoft, Workday, and third-party applications.

Ensure compliance with security frameworks (FERPA, SOX, GDPR) for data exchange.  

Develop error-handling mechanisms, logging, and performance optimizations.  

Provide strategic guidance for cloud migration and modernization of legacy integrations.  

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between PeopleSoft and other enterprise systems.

Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts to enhance data processing efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes.
